Plans

  • Building application forms

    • We will provide you with all the relevant application forms ready for you to sign so that you can submit your application quickly.

  • Official site plan

    • We order the site plan from a publicly appointed surveying office on your behalf.

  • Building description

    • We guarantee you a complete building specification – which is ready for you to sign.

  • Building application plans

    • We provide you with all relevant drawings and plans.

Fire protection

  • We provide all the necessary documents for the selected AMTRA product line for a standard verification.
  • If you require a fire protection concept, we will commission an external fire protection specialist for you.

Thermal insulation

  • If you opt for our X-base product line, we will create a standard certificate for you in no time at all

    • for the minimum thermal insulation.

  • In accordance with GEG 2023, we offer the following for our X-tend and X-class products

    • U-value certificates for a service life of up to 5 years. Depending on the AMTRA product line selected, AMTRA will provide you with a large thermal insulation certificate even beyond a service life of 5 years.

Schallschutz

    • Für X-tend bieten wir eine projektspezifische Schallmessung in einer komplett aufgestellten Mobilraum-Anlage
    • Für X-class steht ein Standard-Schallschutznachweis zur Verfügung
    • Bei abweichenden Grundrissen erstellen wir einen projektspezifischen Schallschutznachweis

The modular construction industry still has a long way to go in terms of verification procedures. Ignorance, unassignable terminology and a lengthy building permit phase do not make it easy for architects, civil engineers and specialist planners. The requirements for compliant construction are increasing – at the same time, there are gaps in the standards. These gaps are closed as part of the collaboration at the CBI. AMTRA knows how to classify the building regulations for itself and, based on the in-depth research work at the RWTH Aachen campus, can contribute to regulating ignorance for the benefit of the customer.
